CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to guests, I ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% per hour booked cancellation fee does apply and will be charged to the card on file.
Should You Not Show Up...
NO SHOW POLICY: Same day cancellations or rescheduling less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or a “no show†(failure to show) will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge to the card placed on file at time of booking.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: I strive to offer guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge within 14 days of the original appointment date. Your hair service experience and satisfaction are my highest priority.
